I took my truck on a Friday after calling earlier in the week for them to order the parts. They said they didn't have any loaner cars but it should be done by Saturday since I brought the truck in early Fr week for them to order the parts. After not receiving a status update on my truck I called and was told twice that I would receive a call from the service manager they never called. It wasn't until Webnesday of the next week that I received a call and was able to pick up my vehicle. I have never had such xxxx poor service from a dealers service center in my life. I will never take my truck there again the person I turned my vehicle into was Ed who was supposed to be filling in for Kimberly. When I asked to speak to the service manager when picking up my truck he was conviently not there. This the absoulute worse place to rake your car I don't care if I have to go to a dealer 30 miles away I will be damned if I allow them to profit off of me with such crappy service. More
I had an appointment and I was in the garage on time. Had oil change and tire rotation, took just under an hour which was about how long I was told it would take. Christopher was my service rep and did an ou oil change and tire rotation, took just under an hour which was about how long I was told it would take. Christopher was my service rep and did an outstanding job getting me in and out of the dealership in the least amount of time, and of course this is a team effort, so the actual mechanic was on the ball as well. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
