Brought my brand new car back in because when we took it there were minor scratches on the exterior window panels. When I picked my car up (service was extremely great with the turn around time) they had no there were minor scratches on the exterior window panels. When I picked my car up (service was extremely great with the turn around time) they had not washed any of the road dirt off the car so I could not even tell if they fixed the scratches or not). When I mentioned this, the dealer employee said he didn’t want them to wash the car since the scratches had just been repaired???? They should have at least cleaned it off prior to fixing the scratches but did neither. He said to me as I was leaving if you see they are not repaired correctly bring it back in! Not the level of service I expected and as such are rating them poorly. Who wants to drive all the way back to the dealer if they did not fix it correctly and have to leave their car for a repeat repair? More
I love my Toyota Highlander…the AutoNation Service dept…not so much. The first time I brought my Highlander in for service, the rep was extremely pushy with my wife trying to talk her into services sh dept…not so much. The first time I brought my Highlander in for service, the rep was extremely pushy with my wife trying to talk her into services she didn’t want. I brought the Highlander in myself the second time. I signed for an amount of services, but when the work was finished and I was paying, the total charge was more. When I questioned the increase the rep didn’t know why. I said I’m not paying more than I signed for. At that point a “discount” was applied to get the amount back down to the amount I originally agreed upon. Both reps who helped were courteous but I felt like it didn’t matter to them. I realize cars are expensive to fix and maintain. All I’m looking for is a dealer that I can TRUST to service my Toyota.
