To have my 2012 Camary Hybrid serviced while I waited for the maintenance to be completed. Additional was needed so I was given a ride home and when the car was ready, I was picked up by the shuttle and ta the maintenance to be completed. Paul Kim was the service advisor for my car repair after a local tire shop did an incomplete, shoddy job on it! He listened attentively to my concerns, explained the process to me clearly & without rushing, a local tire shop did an incomplete, shoddy job on it!
