My experience was top notch. The Tech Rep was knowledgeable. She informed me of what my vehicle needed immediately, what could wait, and how soon it had to be done. She even gave me a reminder notification source so I can stay on track with Servicing my vehicle for optimum performance. I really appreciated all She had done. 1st time I met someone who was so proficient in helping me understand the importance of the maintenance of a vehicle. More

My 2017 highlanders transmission went out in Jan 2024. Less than 100k miles. It took Toyota 5 months to recieve the new transmission. How did Toyota help me? By reducing their rental car by $15 per day. Less than 100k miles. It took Toyota 5 months to recieve the new transmission. How did Toyota help me? By reducing their rental car by $15 per day. This didn't help me to fork out for a rental when no ETA was given for arrival of the transmission. The sales department, in the mean time, stated they wanted to buy my highlander. I worked with salesman, over the phone, for several days. The salesman and I reached an agreement to purchase car for $20k. The salesman ask me to come into their dealership to finish negotiations. Once in the dealership, the salesman spoke with me for a few minutes and went to get a manager to close deal. Manager showed up and introduced himself. He stated he reevaluated the car and would only buy for $11k even though I was paying for the $8k transmission. This car is immaculate and I told manager heck no on selling. I am fortunate enough to be able to purchase a new car while waiting for transmission....I needed a 2nd car! What about those single parents that have only one car, what do they do? Or the student that needs transportation? This has been a financial burden on me and whoever else this has happened to. Camrys and Highlands are having the transmission problems going back to 2017. I was told that this problem is all over the country! I am not a satisfied customer! Note, the service person, Map, was great but his hands are tied. One more thing..I did ask if they could take a new transmission out of one of there new highlanders and put into mine. They stated no because it would be a double maintenance cost. More
