We met with Joe, an internet sales manager at Team Toyota Mall of Georgia over other internet sales managers because he was quick and responsive with his emails. When we go to the dealership, we were a litt Mall of Georgia over other internet sales managers because he was quick and responsive with his emails. When we go to the dealership, we were a little early, but Joe was quick to be available and take us on our test drive. We had already done our research and knew exactly which car we wanted to get, so we our time was mostly spent on getting the price that was guaranteed to us via consumer reports' guaranteed savings certificate via truecar. Joe was very friendly and courteous to us. I was with my parents who didn't speak English, and he went out of his way to acknowledge them and thank them even though they couldn't interact out much with him outside of negotiations. Overall, the experience was great and the price was great compared to other dealers who gave out quotes in the greater Atlanta area. Our experience with Joe was top notch and would gladly recommend that you seek him out personally. Alan handled our paperwork efficiently and got us out the door with the price that was negotiated with Joe. No hassles. No gimmicks. Efficient transaction. More
Service department was just very unorganized which made it very stressful. Then of course you go in for one small thing and they "recommend" about $1,000 in additional work. It would be much easier if the service advisors didn't work on commission. Before we even got out of the car someone was trying to get us to have our windshield replaced - all because it had one tiny crack in the very top corner. (This has been there for 2 years and no problems.) He was very persistent. It was just a very stressful process. I think that we will take our car to Honda in the future for service. I definitely will not buy another Toyota. More
We purchased a new fully loaded Toyota Camry in October 2011 and have had a big problem with a mildew smell from about the 6 month mark. The first time we encountered the problem with discussed it with th 2011 and have had a big problem with a mildew smell from about the 6 month mark. The first time we encountered the problem with discussed it with the dealership and they sprayed some air neutralizer into the air conditioner air induction system. This "Band-Aid" fix lasted about 2 days and the mildew odor came back. Next, they suggested spraying Lysol into the air conditioner air induction system. After being given the run around and quick fixes for 6 months a Toyota service technician admitted there is a problem with the evaporator plate collecting condensation. It was then, we were told the problem was not under warranty and that we would have to pay to fix it; which would still only be a temporary fix. Apparently, the evaporator plate doesn’t effectively drain the water condensation built up from running the recalculated air option. Thus causing the mold and mildew to grow and develop inside the air conditioning system. At one point the mold and mildew odor was so bad that we rolled down the windows in 30 degree weather to be able to breathe. In addition, one of our close friends purchased the same model Camry about 6 months ago and she already has the same strong mildew odor. This is my third Toyota, however due to the fact that Toyota refuses to stand behind their product, I will never purchase another one again. We are also offering free rides to anyone who wants to embrace themselves in a mildew funk. More

I like the way Toyota Mall of Georiga discloses all costs of purchase up front in writing. I was able to compare the written offer they gave me before I bought and it matched to the penny the sales contrac of purchase up front in writing. Very competitive price and largest inventory in the Atlanta metro area (I looked up the inventory of all 16 Atlanta metro dealers - yes that is a little over the top). My son wrecked his car and bought a new Rav4 a week ago. Calvin Graves (our salesman) took such good care of my son that I decided to retire my old Lexus (202,500 miles on it) and bought a new Highlander from Calvin this weekend and have also referred him to one of my coworkers. I had checked their rating on Dealerrater and there were some other dealerships that were rated higher, but those dealers had much less inventory and the couple I polled could not match the price. I have not tried them for repairs so I can't commment (several other Toyota dealers are a lot closer to my house). More
