Now that I have refinanced I am getting the run around trying to get my GAP policy refund and have been on hold for over an hour (3 calls total - they disconnected the call while I was on hold the first two times) They never have anyone available to speak to you when there are issues but they have no problem spamming my email and calling me trying to get me to buy another car from them. More

I was helped by an employee named Simeon Collins who sold me a wonderful car in a very professional manner. He was extremely detailed and clear on the details and features of the Toyota Highlander. He was a friendly and business-like man who made the process of purchasing a car, an enjoyable task because of his wonderful customer service. Simeon Collins worked very hard to satisfy our needs and help us through the whole process. He made it a very smooth and enjoyable procedure. Simeon was very open to help us with the price that would fit our budget. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to make another deal in the future with this business man. I will always refer this man out to others in need of a car. More

I was in a bad situation. When I say bad it was real bad I had a blown engine that I still owed 9k on and my credit was not great . Poor Follow UP We purchased a 2018 Camry on June 10,2018. Our sales person, Andrew Davis worked very hard to get us the right deal. During the purchase process we We purchased a 2018 Camry on June 10,2018. Our sales person, Andrew Davis worked very hard to get us the right deal. During the purchase process we were very pleased. After the purchase is where things began to go south. We live 150 miles from where we purchased so we are having to depend on communication via email and phone calls to resolve issues that are of concern. There have been several questions that we needed answers to and so we would call and/or email Andrew Davis and sad to say he never was prompt to get back with us. In fact, he would only get back after I sent second and third emails or calls. We are having problems getting our registration and tags and so I have made calls to the Title office there at the dealership, to the finance officer, David Owens and to Andrew Davis all of which have not been returned with the exception of ONE return call from David Owens after I had sent an email asking him to cancel our extended warranty, the Safeguard and Dent Zone protections (Items that the dealership adds on to the tune of $698.) As it stands right now, I have the DMV office in my town has paper work that they can not use and a check that does not cover the full amount of my tags, taxes and registration (all of which I was told would be covered) by David Owens. I have made calls to David Owens and Andrew Davis, but can not get a returned call. As you are leaving the dealership, Andrew Davis and David Ownes expresses how important that they receive a perfect score on the survey sent to the customer from Toyota; I would think that if you want a perfect score, you would ensure that happens by doing PERFECT CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP!!! More

Car Towed to Service Dept. I was visiting my daughter and my new grandson in Lawrenceville when my car wouldn't start. I called AAA to have it towed to Auto Nation Toyota Mall I was visiting my daughter and my new grandson in Lawrenceville when my car wouldn't start. I called AAA to have it towed to Auto Nation Toyota Mall of Georgia Service Center. When the vehicle arrived, I received a call from Auto Nation giving me a quote on diagnosis to further determine the repairs necessary. After the diagnosis, I received a call with a cost. which in my opinion were reasonable. A couple hours later I received another call stating everything was completed and the vehicle was ready to be picked up by 5:00 p.m. Since I did not live in the area and was alone with a new born baby with no transportation, and would not have been possible for me to pick up the vehicle in the time required, I requested a service that was not company policy. I pleaded my case, which had to be cleared by the manager, and later received a return call granting my unusual request!! It was a real pleasure to have picked the right dealership service center willing to go the extra mile for its customers! More
Disrespectful My father and I decided to go to Toyota to find him a vehicle that he could use for work because his previous one was totaled in an accident. When we arrived everything started out good we told them what we were there for and they showed us several vehicles that were within our pride range. We ended up finding a Nissan Murano that was at a reasonable price for the year and mileage($13,000). Once the sales people starting the process of getting it financed they completely shut us out by leaving us in a waiting area and never answering our questions. I asked to speak with the finance guy but the sales person told me to wait just 5 more minutes. I asked him my questions but he didn't know the answers and simply said that the finance guy would explain all of it. After everything was finally ready we finally got to look at all the fees and the total actual amount the vehicle would be. I had asked them to remove two add-ons that my dad didn't want but when I looked at the contract they were still there and the price had gone up. We would be paying a total of ~$23,200 after taxes, fees, and the interest from the bank. My dad decided that he didn't want the vehicle especially at that price. It took another 30 minutes for them to accept that he decided against it all while trying to bring 2-3 different "managers" in to speak with him. One sales rep got up and just walked away shaking his head and mumbling under his breath and the finance guy also started mumbling under his breath and just threw the contract in the shredder. The amount of disrespect that came from these two men was so baffling. I wish I had gotten their names but sadly I didn't. We will never return to this dealership again. We had gone to a Nissan dealership and even though we walked away without making a purchase they kindly welcomed us back and hoped we would find a vehicle for our needs. P.S The finance manager wanted us to walk back to speak with him but we continued to leave never will someone who was so rude get to waste more of my time. More

When we got there he told us we couldn't see it because it was getting maintenance work done. We drove all the way over there for nothing and then David was very rude when we asked to see a manager. Went inside to find a manager and the manager did not even act like he cared. We will never go back. More
