I purchased a used hybrid vehicle from Autonation Toyota Mall of Georgia on July the 3rd. I was told it would be delivered. It was brought to my home at 8pm on July the 5th. They have a 5 day purchase price Mall of Georgia on July the 3rd. I was told it would be delivered. It was brought to my home at 8pm on July the 5th. They have a 5 day purchase price back warranty. I purchased the car outright which translates to over $20,000 out of my savings. I requested that the warranty begin from the day of actual possession. I was told that this was no problem. I began experiencing issues with the vehicle in less than 24 hours. I communicated thoroughly with the dealership from the moment it began. The main issue is that the battery does not maintain a charge. It can go from full to empty overnight when the car is not being used. I don't believe anyone opts for the additional complications and costs of a hybrid that is only capable of being used as a gas guzzler. On Wednesday of that week I was told a manager would be spoken with. Then I was told to bring it in Friday, that they would assess the problem and if it couldn't be fixed, my money would be returned. The vehicle was returned to the dealership under the 5 day time frame from time of possession, and I made them aware that I was unsatisfied less than 24 hours after having the vehicle in my possession. I heard nothing until I followed up the Monday afterwards. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I said, that being their stance, that I requested the guarentee be honored and my money returned. The salesman said it was "out of his hands". I spent 2 days speaking with my bank, leaving messages with the corporate headquarters of Autonation, and verifying with the car manufacturer and owners around the world that the car was not operating as it should. 2 days later I recieved a call from another manager. He said that I could come in and they would refund my money. When I arrived I found it was all a rouse. He threw the car keys across his desk, said the car was mine, that if I didn't take it, he would have it towed to my home, and if I didn't pay the tow, it would be impounded. I left his office in disbelief, called their headquarters and was told that they had recordings of my calls and due diligence in returning the vehicle, that I should take it, to prevent him from following through on his threat and it would be noted that I did return it within the guarentee period. I believed them. Since then, despite multiple attempts on my part, I have heard nothing from Autonation headquarters, and only recieved a so sorry but not going to do anything from another manager. I was lied to multiple times, had a trusted guarantee not honored, threatened, and now I have a hybrid car that can't be used as such and have been ripped off to the tune of $20,000. More

Beware, brought 3 new cars from them in past 3 years ripped me off for $1600 on the last sale, the finance manager told me they would take care of the mileage on the lease I was turning in, told me what ripped me off for $1600 on the last sale, the finance manager told me they would take care of the mileage on the lease I was turning in, told me whatever they needed to so I would finish the deal on a new truck that day, they never did. When I go back in there to talk to the GM he sent another person to tell me it is what it is and they will not pay for the difference in the mileage like they said they would. I Will never buy another one from them again. More

I have had great service and recently went in for a recall on my airbags on my 2006 Toyota Corolla. James Pak, the service land manager, did an excellent job making sure my car was serviced in a timely manner. Also a very reasonable price for an oil change. I also met with Mr. Neema Williams who was very nice, and worked very hard to get me a great deal on a 2020 Toyota Corolla LE. I couldn't ask for better service!!!! More

I immediately got a text from Chrysta Cribb and was skeptical at first but it went much better than I could have dreamed. She immediately took my requirements and came back with an offer and worked with me until I was comfortable with the numbers. She was extremely responsive and professional. There was no pressure and I felt like she was actually working for me. I got credit approved online and just had to fill out a credit card authorization form, email a copy of my drivers license, and sign a form with the price quote. I was now waiting to be told that I need to come to the dealer and was cringing. I was beyond shocked when she offered to bring the car to my home tonight. Again, I initially was skeptical but she brought the car, reviewed with my wife all the features of the car, setup the mobile app, and reviewed all the paperwork with me prior to signing—my wife is now very happy with her new car. End to end it took ~5 hours from initial contact to the time the car was ours. I never had to leave my house and it was top notch service. Chrysta was well organized, articulate and represented your dealership very well. I’m very confident she will excel in her job based on my experience with her today. More
