Took the car in for standard oil change. , I see a leak on my garage floor. I take the car back and the service “advisor” named Map Mouth says, the oil plug on the pan has a leak and it needs to be replac on my garage floor. I take the car back and the service “advisor” named Map Mouth says, the oil plug on the pan has a leak and it needs to be replaced. Informed him it was a simple oil change but he says they go bad sometimes. Come to find out the technician didn’t thread the plug properly and used a power tool and stripped the thread causing it to be loose enough to make the slow leak. I got the manager involved and they supposedly fixed it. This guy Map Mouth “service advisor” really needs to find a better way to service the customers. I have bought numerous cars from this dealership but I am going to try my best to stay away them and I hope my review will save others from further headaches from this dealership. (Took another 5 hours of waiting to get it fixed). As I pickup the keys, Map Mouth says... here you go. No apologies... consistent from the beginning. More

Appalling customer service and extremely uncomfortable experience. Salesmen are dishonest about car stats and you will need to do, not some, but ALL of your own research. Many rude and inappropriate comments and conversations made by salesmen while smoking a Newport cigarette in your face. What an exhausting and sad experience while I got to purchase my first higher end vehicle with CASH after starting my own business in Georgia last year as a 26 year old female. (2019 Dodge Ram Longhorn) There was absolutely no need for so many unpleasantries and it blows my mind to try to wrap my head around why anyone would behave this way as a human, nevermind as a professional while on the clock! I have tried to let management know further details (not appropriate for this public review) of this absolutely disgraceful service and they couldn't seem to care less. Which isn't a surprise at all based on the consistency of previous reviews similar to mine. Go somewhere that your time, money and business is appreciated as it should be! More

I took my grand daughter here to purchase her first vehicle. She worked hard and saved up $10,000. First, we stopped at Beaver Toyota in Cumming where we found a highly-rated beautiful dealership, whi vehicle. She worked hard and saved up $10,000. First, we stopped at Beaver Toyota in Cumming where we found a highly-rated beautiful dealership, which included luxury seating and a built in cafe! We had also read glowing reviews and I can see why. They have created an amazing feel-good environment. However, my school teacher niece had tried to purchase a 4 Runner at Beaver the month prior, and she indicated they weren't willing to deal on a $50,000 vehicle, so she ended up buying from Nalley Toyota. We had the same results. At any rate, we ended up at this AutoNation Toyota. The place is under construction and it doesn't have any of the glitter and pomp and circumstances felt at Beaver. But what they did have was an amazing willingness to make the best deal. My grand daughter saved thousands of dollars, literally. The staff was fantastic and although we missed the fanfare offered at Beaver, my grand daughter will benefit for years to come on the savings. More

The last time I was in there, my Tundra was not making the power it should and they could not find out why so they blamed the K&N Cold Air Intake. I told them it ran fine with that installed for at least the power it should and they could not find out why so they blamed the K&N Cold Air Intake. I told them it ran fine with that installed for at least 5 years. They decided to stick with that story as the mechanic that worked it only could do what the computer told him. So I took it to Christian Bros. in Grayson, GA, They too knew it was not the cold air intake and worked it and found the fuel pump was not putting out adequate pressure, They changed it and it has been running better than it ever was, More

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE!!I brought my 2018 DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE!! I brought my 2018 RAV4 FWD (20k miles) in for service due to a random screeching noise coming from right fro DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE!! I brought my 2018 RAV4 FWD (20k miles) in for service due to a random screeching noise coming from right front wheel. Dealer misdiagnosed it that the transmission was broken. I never driven the vehicle hard so I seriously doubt it's the transmission, but my service advisor Alan Richter assured me it's all in good hands that they have many experiences and they only use BRAND NEW transmissions. While I still debating if I should take my car else where, AutoNation Toyota has replaced it without my consent and then it's all downhill from this point. The first transmission that they replaced was making a whining noise in 1st gear, so they replaced with 2nd one which not only makes whining but also whooshing noise when shifting. AutoNation Toyota had no clue of why it's making annoying noises but concluded it's normal because it still drives and shifts okay. My right front wheel still makes random screeching noises, so they actually didn't repair anything but made my transmission worse. I contacted Toyota Corp. about my experiences but they couldn't do anything about it if the dealer denies anything's wrong with it. Toyota Corp however, did informed me some of the misinformation from the dealer such as Toyota never ever replace transmission with brand new ones. They are always re-manufactured (most likely in US) that meets their own requirements. I also brought this issue to AutoNation upper managements, which they now refuse to address the noise issue and claim that all RAV4 makes the same noises. They arranged 3 different RAV4s for me to test drive, only 1 of the RAV4 that has higher mileage (80k miles) that makes similar noises but the service manager claims that they all sound the same. So here I am, a brand new RAV4 stuck with a noisy whooshing transmission that the dealer shouldn't replace in the first place, and they refused admit at fault and not doing anything about it. More

I purchased a used toyota sienna from Autonation Toyota I bought over 13 vehicles this is my worse place purchasing a vehicle. I would never recommend anybody.
