I take my Sienna in for all routine maintenance. The last couple of times, I expressed concern re my brakes vibrating. Both times I was told nothing appeared to be wrong but to contact them if it continued. couple of times, I expressed concern re my brakes vibrating. Both times I was told nothing appeared to be wrong but to contact them if it continued. I made an appt this week because the issue had continued and seemed to be getting worse. Appointment was for 7:30. I waited almost two hours until I was told the rotors needed to be resurfaced. Not sure why this wasn’t addressed at the last appointment and also why there was a two hour wait until they advised what was wrong and started working on it. More

We originally made our way out to the area planning to look at the Honda’s . When we got to Honda, we were told to wait another 20-30 minutes because their sales team wasn’t in yet (they opened at 9 and i look at the Honda’s . When we got to Honda, we were told to wait another 20-30 minutes because their sales team wasn’t in yet (they opened at 9 and it was 9:15 when I finally went in to look for someone). So with the spare time I was given, I decided to make a visit next door to Toyota. Andres quickly made me realize that I should have stopped here first. Working with him wasn’t a chore, he was very helpful and very professional. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me on upgrades that I didn’t need/wouldn’t use and we found a car that would fit my needs well. They allowed me to take the car off the lot and take it to my wife so she could look at it and drive it as well. After our test drives, we knew we were heading into the painful part of the car buying experience, the negotiations. The team we worked with at AutoNation Toyota listen to our situation and worked with us to get us to a number we all thought was fair and at that point it was a done deal. Overall, a very pleasurable experience. I never felt the high pressure of signing on the line just to get out of there feeling. I would certainly recommend visiting them if you’re looking for a vehicle and will be returning to them when we are looking to purchase our next one. More
