I was losing air in one of the four tires I purchased about four months ago. They have finally finished remodeling the service advisors area plus parts dept. I was handled right away which is more efficient than past experiences we've had on the three cars bought at Toyota Mall of Georgia. I had an appointment, yet I was part of seven cars waiting to get into the service area. I still drove out within an hour and a half. The tires were rotated and the tire was repaired no charge by efficient advisor Dianelis Lindarte. Thanks! More

I was disappointed to hear that when we checked in on time for our appointment that we were asked to wait for an hour and a half. The Dealer stays on top of my service appointments and my service needs which i do appreciate . There have been times when I was so caught up in my day to day responsibilities that I would forget its time to service needs which i do appreciate .
