Originally started out with online information. Frank Gianette contacted us first via text. After a few answered questions he ask if he could call me. He gave me all the information I needed. Take in mind I was also looking at another dealership similar car, but the car from Mall of Georgia had all the options my wife really wanted, this was a Sunday morning. I text Frank a price in our budget ( being transparent another dealership with the same car but less options). That Monday literally 45 minutes before I was to meet a sales guy at the other dealership Frank calls after working very hard for the price and gets me right there. He told me what I needed to do to secure it and the following Sunday we were able to pick the Camry up for my wife. Experience was great from the start. If Frank hadn’t worked so hard for me, my wife would have had a great car but without the options she wanted. I have already talked to a couple of my associates at work who have been looking for a car and referenced them to Mall of Georgia Toyota and specifically Frank even though it is a few hours a way Let them know is was well worth it. I will be in the market for another vehicle in July so this is the first place I will be going. I have been in retail for over 30 yrs and a business is built on relationships, not pressure and a relationship is exactly what my wife and I got from Frank and Mall of Georgia Toyota. More
