I received and paid for an estimate on visit one, and had the special order part installed on visit two at the estimated cost. I appreciated that I could wait for both visits and that the service paperwork the special order part installed on visit two at the estimated cost. The waits were long (2-3 hours) but the lounge was comfortable with chairs at social distance, wi-fi and coffee machine. The only sting was the total cost ($1100). More

Kristin Lewis-Smith, Service advisor, provided me with excellent service on 8-31-21 for my 2020 Avalon. I had called earlier in the day and was able to obtain a late afternoon appointment.
