I received and paid for an estimate on visit one, and had the special order part installed on visit two at the estimated cost. I appreciated that I could wait for both visits and that the service paperwork the special order part installed on visit two at the estimated cost. I appreciated that I could wait for both visits and that the service paperwork was marked so that the technician knew I was waiting. The waits were long (2-3 hours) but the lounge was comfortable with chairs at social distance, wi-fi and coffee machine. The only sting was the total cost ($1100). More
