This must be the worst Toyota dealership I have ever been to. With a prescheduled appointment and during this terrible Omicron outbreak, they have their customers standing in a physical line for 55 minutes t to. Yes, two people didn't come in to work. They had five scheduled. Whereas 55 minutes was extreme, it wasn't the first time this dealership does this. Not a word of apology. Can you at least have people pull a number so they don't have to stand together? Personally, I am done with this dealership. There have been many mishaps during the years too. I will be going somewhere else going forward. Customer satisfaction is about 0 on this dealership's priority list. More

They appear to be suffering from a management crisis. My routine service two days ago took 8 hours. When I called twice to check the status of my car no one was available to take my call or return it over the next three hours. Two thirds of the work I had authorized had not been done when I finally arrived in person, and the assistant manager responded to my complaints of delays and unreturned calls by blaming a colleague and sending me to re-explain the situation to her. To her credit, that last long-standing employee apologized for my service experience, something no one up until that point had done. I was the first appointment of the day, with simple to complete tasks. My previous routine service appointment had me waiting in the showroom for five hours, then when I took the car home I discovered that a belt had not been tightened and had to return and wait on that for an additional two hours. Did any staff member apologize for their error or the inconvenience it caused me? No, they did not. Things are bad enough here that I will not return for service and will not purchase a Toyota for my next car since this is the only Toyota dealership near me. More

When my car battery died on a very cold day, AutoNation in Leesburg was able to replace it the same day. It's been a long time since I replaced a battery and I was shocked at the price, but I needed a batt in Leesburg was able to replace it the same day. This person did not find the reduced price being offered for batteries or offer me the senior discount. However the clerk at checkout did when I inquired. And for that I was extremely happy. So now my car works just fine. thank you.! More
Don't bother with any kind of service agreement with these guys, because once they have your money, they will do all that they can to keep you from having them honor it. I had a 9:30 "appointment" to ge these guys, because once they have your money, they will do all that they can to keep you from having them honor it. I had a 9:30 "appointment" to get my oil changed as per the service agreement that I was promised, planning to get to work not long after a reasonable 30 minutes to have the service completed. After the 10-minute check-in (Really? I bought it there, so they have all of my information) and confirmation that I would not be paying for the service as it's part of my agreement, I was told that they didn't know when my vehicle would be ready, but that it would be at least an hour and a half. I told them that I didn't have that much time because I had to get to work. They showed know concern at all for my predicament, and I was forced to leave. Later this week, I will be going to a service station that I know will actually honor my appointment. More

Great dealership! The customer service is very good, friendly scheduler staff, service techs are well qualified… but like anybody that works for you, you have to check them and make sure they’ve done th friendly scheduler staff, service techs are well qualified… but like anybody that works for you, you have to check them and make sure they’ve done the work you wanted. I just had my car in for routine maintenance and inspections. When I got the vehicle back, the tires looked a little low and I asked the scheduler if they had checked them, and he said, “Oh yes, of course!” Well, I took the car back to the service bay and asked the service tech to check if they were properly inflated. Long story short, after telling me they were fine, I insisted that he checked them and that I watch, sure enough, all four were low, and one them was almost 6 pounds light!. So no, they didn’t do everything that was needed. It’s your car you have to check on them. More

They do what is requested, while checking what is needed. Unlike other Toyota Service centers I’ve gone to, AutoNation doesn’t press me to go beyond what my car requires at the time.
