This is my first time using auto nation, and I was greeted with friendliness and such an excellent service that I didn’t know what I was doing before. Had an 8am appointment for service, ie- oil change, rotate tires....Service on my vehicle was fine, no issues there, my issues are with the service desk itself. My vehicle was returned from the service rotate tires....Service on my vehicle was fine, no issues there, my issues are with the service desk itself. My vehicle was returned from the service bays at 930am, again, no issue there other than the fact that it was ready, and so was I to get to work. BUT, I had to go back to the service desk and inquire if my truck was ready or not at 1015am, yes 45 minutes later...not acceptable in my opinion to have to wait 45 minutes after my truck was ready. I literally sat 15' from the service desk, so my observation was clear that they were NOT overly busy and NOT understaffed due to the "pandemic". What I did notice though was that while they had 4 service advisors available to check me out, I had to be called upon by the 1 that checked me in...while 2 other service advisors were literally surfing the web and 1 was on the phone. This does not feel like good customer service at all nor does it feel like the Service advisor supervisor has a good system of getting the "waiters" out of there in timely manner. Will not return, nor will I purchase a much needed new vehicle for a family member right now. More
I have been with this dealership for 14 years. Have always had excellent service. Never had a problem because of their service. My service rep for my new car is Bryan. This must be the worst Toyota dealership I have ever been to. With a prescheduled appointment and during this terrible Omicron outbreak, they have their customers standing in a physical line for 55 minutes t to. Yes, two people didn't come in to work. They had five scheduled. Whereas 55 minutes was extreme, it wasn't the first time this dealership does this. Not a word of apology. Can you at least have people pull a number so they don't have to stand together? Personally, I am done with this dealership. There have been many mishaps during the years too. I will be going somewhere else going forward. Customer satisfaction is about 0 on this dealership's priority list. More
I’ve worked with this dealership for years and have bought our last three cars here, so it is extremely disappointing to me to have to report that both the technical and customer service now being offe bought our last three cars here, so it is extremely disappointing to me to have to report that both the technical and customer service now being offered are appalling. They appear to be suffering from a management crisis. My routine service two days ago took 8 hours. When I called twice to check the status of my car no one was available to take my call or return it over the next three hours. Two thirds of the work I had authorized had not been done when I finally arrived in person, and the assistant manager responded to my complaints of delays and unreturned calls by blaming a colleague and sending me to re-explain the situation to her. To her credit, that last long-standing employee apologized for my service experience, something no one up until that point had done. I was the first appointment of the day, with simple to complete tasks. My previous routine service appointment had me waiting in the showroom for five hours, then when I took the car home I discovered that a belt had not been tightened and had to return and wait on that for an additional two hours. Did any staff member apologize for their error or the inconvenience it caused me? No, they did not. Things are bad enough here that I will not return for service and will not purchase a Toyota for my next car since this is the only Toyota dealership near me. More
