This was the first service call for my new 2021 Toyota RAV-4. Making the appointment was easy and they were ready to accept my car at the appointment time. AutoNation Toyota Leesburg service was wonderful and efficient. They took us on time for our appointment. Got the job done faster then estimated! However: we noticed halfway home that the “Maintenance Required” was still on the dashboard screen. Called the service dept. The fist person I talked to said to return the car to clear the screen. Mind you this was the 5,000 oil change. I called back and got my service advisor. He walked me through the SIMPLE steps to reset it myself. It would be nice if the mechanic would also turn the headlights back on to “Auto” when they are finished with the vehicle. Rather then finding out when you driving out at night with no headlights.
