Received a letter about a service call on my headlights and was told to schedule a replacement service. I called and scheduled an appointment. I brought in my 2018 RAV4 hybrid Toyota and, after a 2 hour wa and was told to schedule a replacement service. I called and scheduled an appointment. Brian the service director was excellent in listening to my needs . After I was finished he addressed things I recommend getting done and at the same time he told me things I did not need at this time due t my needs . After I was finished he addressed things I recommend getting done and at the same time he told me things I did not need at this time due to my mileage, thanks for the honesty. A Toyota Prius will run a long time if properly maintained. I had my 2007 Prius in for periodic maintenance and a State Inspection the other day at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg, and everything was h maintained. I had my 2007 Prius in for periodic maintenance and a State Inspection the other day at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg, and everything was handled well. I scheduled the work online. The only blip was adding the Inspection in their app; it wasn't on the list of available services. But I was able to add that under "Other". I even threw them a bit of a curve when I had to change my drop-off time, and they didn't have a problem. The car was ready in a few hours, and the final total was even a little less than the estimate. More
