Pros: Bryan Dorsey demonstrated excellent customer service from beginning to end. Bryan provided a courtesy 180K Service estimate in October 2021. So when I reached that mileage two weeks ago, I had a service from beginning to end. Bryan provided a courtesy 180K Service estimate in October 2021. So when I reached that mileage two weeks ago, I had an estimate. Due to my work schedule, Bryan and I played phone tag, but he was able to schedule my service for this past weekend. He even estimated 2-3hrs and it took every bit of 3hrs and he applied my coupons. The Cashier also displayed excellent customer service when she demonstrated to me how to use the coffee maker and made change so I could eat my much needed candybar. Cons: This dealership was not wheelchair assessible for a customer when I was there. A handsome young man who drove a cool black Charger. No automatic doors in the service department. They also did not have a designated place to sit in the lobby near the TV for him to roll under and rest his arms. He had to stretch his arms several times by leaning over and touching the filthy floor with his knuckles in between reading his book. He lost his area when he had to use the restroom, another couple sat in his spot. This customer also needed a designated media area for him to plug in his gadgets in at his wheelchair level. Ironic: This car dealer displays Olympic signage hung in the lobby that it supports 2022 Winter Paralympics, yet very little accommodations for this customer-base. Many of them who are competing in the Paralympics lost limbs while supporting this country in active duty. We have to do better in including and providing reasonable accommodations for all who give their business to AutoNation Toyota Scion Leesburg. More

I called early in the morning anout the availability. of the 12 volt battery for my 2017 Prius. They had it in stock and i made an appointment for that afternoon. Check-in was quick and professional.
