This was my third no cost service. First time it was really great, second time it was a busy day and they gave me car still soaking water and the next service reminder sticker was on t First time it was really great, second time it was a busy day and they gave me car still soaking water and the next service reminder sticker was on the floor. This time, it was not so busy, my was received promptly, service took like 45 minutes, it seems they wash the car, but just exterior, but they did not put on the service reminder sticker. These are probably small details, but those are things that make me feel they care. I paid for a platinum plan that was sold to me as something amazing, but I am not sure of this right now. The representatives are very nice and the place is always neat. They offer you a ride is you don’t want to wait there and they sent you you vehicle report by email. More
