I recently moved to great falls and autonation toyota was the closest dealership - so i tried an oil change. I expected the same quality customer service I grew accustomed from the toyota dealeraship in the closest dealership - so i tried an oil change. Waited 30 minutes to check-in because there was only one person at the service counter. I paid $47 for an 8-hr car rental (pick up 8am, drop off 4pm). I spent $509 in maintenance and did not even get my car washed. More

I had an appointment for 3:00pm. It took 20 minutes to just be recognized for my appointment. After I met Tim everything was good. They took care of my car. Bought my Highlander here 2017, went to different dealership for service as maintenance group was unprofessional. Went back May 2022 for safety inspection. Service group called my home to notify me dealership for service as maintenance group was unprofessional. Went back May 2022 for safety inspection. When I asked why they didn't just call me staff looked around at each other and shrugged. Guess I will continue driving to other service facility. More

A factory recall repair that was quoted by Toyota to be 1 hour took 5 hours. Things never seemed to progress unless I prompted the service advisor. I like the dealership and I get my regularly scheduled maintenance on all both of our Toys but man I get so frustrated sometimes! I dropped my vehicle the night before for a 7:15am appointment to have my appropriate mileage service- I was @47K because I just got back from a trip out west so I just missed my 45k Oil change, tire rotation, and fluid checks-cool right-figured I could get my car by lunch at latest...NOPE didn't get a call till 10:00am to ask if I wanted to do a 50K service instead since I was in between. I said okay sure why not slight difference in the time it takes I think they do a cabin filter change. My truck was'nt ready unitl like 5:00PM!! xxx people! Not a hey I am sorry it took all day we'll take a % off your bill or ANYTHING! maybe I will start looking for a new place to get my vehicle serviced, I let the dealership do it because it should be a time saver, but if I am without my vehicle all day I should have just done it myself and not paid the 500 plus dollars for about 150.00 dollars of oil and filters and a 60 min tire rotation it takes me without the vehicle lift!!
