The service department was busy with a bit long wait at check in. Staff were courteous and most of all honest. Another dealership kept “recommending” services needed for maintenance of the vehicle that we check in. Staff were courteous and most of all honest. Another dealership kept “recommending” services needed for maintenance of the vehicle that were not necessary to the point I couldn’t get out of there without a recommended bill of $500-600. After two services doing their recommendations I thought for sure there couldn’t be any other recommended add on services, but no. For the record I have a 2019 vehicle in great condition with no issues. So thankful to find an honest Toyota dealership in the area to maintain my car without trying to rip off customers. More

Service advisor, Bryan is absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and it was completed ahead of schedule. So many times, the technician who preformed the work is not recognized in reviews. Wade is the master technician who preformed the repairs on my vehicle and I am extremely pleased with the results. Both gentlemen deserve a 10 in my book. With the online payment option, makes checking out a breeze. So much knowledge and experience under one roof. More
Drove all the way from Frederick to have my wheels fixed here and they were excellent all the way around. Customer Service was excellent! Technician was excellent! The Service Customer Care Manager, Admir, was prompt to call back when a problem with my service had been identified. He explored all options and with the help of the district manager they were able to to call back when a problem with my service had been identified. He explored all options and with the help of the district manager they were able to to provide a quick resolution to my service concerns and they made sure the service was covered under the existing warranty. The service provider, Louis, was tremendous at providing regular updates on the service progress and great flexibility with scheduling and pick up following the completion of the work. Had an appointment for Oil Change,7:17 after Waiting over almost 4 hours, (11:00) I asked the clerk, who wrote up my vehicle, why it was taking so long for a simple oil change, he then tells me, it wa over almost 4 hours, (11:00) I asked the clerk, who wrote up my vehicle, why it was taking so long for a simple oil change, he then tells me, it was finished at 8:30…He failed to notify me and left me waiting! I’ve been having service at Leesburg Toyota, since I bought my Highlander 08 there, ( I actually worked for Leesburg Toyota) for 6 years.) I received a a very poor excuse. That he forgot to let me know, and to have nice day! Really! I think Leesburg Toyota should have made it right…of no Charge! For the screw-up. Will go somewhere else for next next maintenance! More
