Slow check in - about 15 minute wait. Rep didn't know about TSB covering water in doors of 2019 Rav4s. I had to give him a copy. The week ended without any notification that the weatherstripping was received and ready to be installed. More

Went for 90k mike service and had to replace the back brakes. Great job and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that it took 4.5 hours.
