First time at this dealership. Immediately was tried to be upsell'd through xxxxxxxx services from the dealership (trans flush and brake fluid flush when it doesnt make any sense). In addition I was told I had a recall (which I don't) I can only assume would be so they could keep my car longer and explain this xxxx poor service. Took three hours for a simple oil change. Considering I know that my vehicle was done at least by the 2nd hour this is ridiculous. Hire more service reps or cashiers to handle it. There was only one from what I could see and I couldn't leave until THEY finished my 'paperwork' so the cashier could check me out. Won't be returning, rather risk my luck with JiffyLube for regular oil changes. Definitely won't trust this shop to handle actual maintenance or important stuff if the service department is more gimmicky than the car salesmen. More

Extremely bad service this time from the time I entered the dealership. Ordered wrong parts by Toyota had to leave the car for a week. The representatives were ok. Tim Nguyen was very helpful.
