I will never go back to have my vehicle serviced here. They told me that I needed service to my car that I later learned from another source that I did not. It is a shame that this is how they treat customers. Please be aware especially if you are female, never happened when my husband took my car there. More

Total rip off. I got charged $1200 for water pump replacement. Later to find out this was a $600 job. My car still makes weird noises so I’ll have to take it bank. I have visited Leesburg Toyota on Saturday for my normal oil change. I was surprised with timing. , since I did not have an appointment they told me it will take 2-3 hours. I used to take my car to Fairfax Toyota for 7 years but they disappointed me in last several times. When I came to Leesburg Toyota my expectation was not that high but really like the quality and timing. I will be coming to this location for my maintenance and new car.
