My car was towed to AutoNation for service and Louis in the service department assisted me. He was courageous and professional. Unfortunately, my car was diagnosed needing a new engine so, it was not in my the service department assisted me. He was courageous and professional. Unfortunately, my car was diagnosed needing a new engine so, it was not in my best interest to get it fix. Alan was able to further assist me and worked out a deal to buy back the car.
