From 2019 to till now i bought 4 cars from Autonation Leesburg, Virginia. all car was good sales person Ashraf was the first one who helped me to get my first car, now Ash Fahimpoora is best person to tr Leesburg, Virginia. all car was good sales person Ashraf was the first one who helped me to get my first car, now Ash Fahimpoora is best person to treated me and helped to every possible way to get my new sienna 2021. & ofcourse Nargis too. She helped me alot so that i get the lowest apr. Autonation is the best i really recommend everyone to buy from there. Note: But there is some way of improvement in the service area. they are not the best one, just ok! they never smile, they are sometimes even rude and they are too busy so they dont even care if you wait for a long time. couple of time it happens when i came to do the maintenance by taking appointment they were not upto the mark. their commitment level is very poor. and one more thing when you say certified used car then you should make sure all the things with the car is perfect. this time i just get only one key with my car, they said after a week they will give me the other key. then my reclining seat was not working then i dropped they fixed it. then one of door handle above the middle row is not working, Stacy said they will call me but they dont know when, these are some points they need to be improve. so the customer remains happy even after purchases of their dream car. Went for 90k mike service and had to replace the back brakes. Great job and the price was reasonable. My only complaint is that it took 4.5 hours.
