They are a busy dealership, though, so there was a significant wait on the day I happened to go. I'd recommend a weekday over a Saturday if it can fit your schedule. But they were very attentive to my requests throughout the entire buying process and they have a great deal on lifetime service for the car. I would definitely recommend them due to the excellent price they were willing to offer me and the service they provided. More

Had a pleasant experience buying a 2010 Toyota Camry. Bill Bishop met us when we walked in and showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and compare. The biggest gotcha was they said they replaced 2 exterior lights on the car. When I had it inspected 3 weeks later those same lights needed replacing. That is highly suspicious. I think I've had to replace 2 headlights in 20+ years owning cars and within 3 weeks I have to replace the 2 they said they replaced. Very suspicious. Terrible after service too, all they seem to care about is making the sale. More

Honored my more-appraised offer from CarMax vice their own on my trade-in of a Tacoma. The only thing I am concerned with now is having read others' ratings wrt SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I'm questioning what I'll do in the future. Granted, some people, all they do is find a negative - and thus the postings, so maybe I'll just have to see for myself. Prior - I've dealt w/ Ourisman in Chantilly, so there's an alternative. More

He wasn't pushy or aggressive like the other car dealers I have dealt with before. He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident with my purchase. He also answered all of my questions with a friendly and knowledgable attitude. I will definitely recommend Leesburg Toyota to all my family and friends for their future car buying needs. They just don't get it. Two hours for an oil change when everyone on the planet is vying for oil change and inspection business. Then the runner who brings my car around won't give me the keys. I came to the dealer on an impulse with a huge target on my back as a result. I presented them with two trade ins (one with a payoff) and demanded a lease in order to keep monthly expense down.
