This is actually my second experience with Leesburg Toyota in about a year. My fiance bought a Highlander here and Nate was awesome about talking with her about everything rather than me. I was in last Saturday because Nate told me they had a Tundra Crewmax Rock Warrior Edition in black which was exactly what I wanted. Getting everything sorted out with price and whatnot was pretty easy. I was also able to get a few of the extras that I wanted and was right where I wanted to be price wise. This was my first time leasing a vehicle, but Elizabeth in the Finance Department explained everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Nate if you were going to buy any vehicle there. I would definitely go back to him for my next vehicle. More

After all of the that my dad stopped the paper work because he wanted to switch the truck I got to another one, so instead of saying ok wait until tomorrow or any other different excuse, he got on the phone and stopped all the paper work so that we could sign for the new one. Overall I loved going in there and whenever I'll need a new car I'm going to go directly to him. More
Didn't buy a car here, but had one serviced. Disastrous! Car was misdiagnosed as needing a new battery, despite the fact it started up fine. Barely was able to make it back to the dealership -- had to illegally cross median and coast to bottom of hill where Cardinal Park drive is. Ya'd think they'd test the car before handing it back to me in a condition it wasn't safe to drive :-( The actual problem was a bad throttle body -- which they wanted $1400 to fix. Fuggedaboutit --I wasn't about to trust these clowns again, so took it to an independent shop where they fixed it for $1100, including the $900 part from Toyota. Why anyone would take their car to this dealership to be repaired, apart from warranty work, escapes me. Oh, and by the way, the dealership is so poorly managed they have the wrong phone # on their own website!! Yes, try to google their phone number -- you will get a disconnected number. The receptionist explained that it's been several years since that number was active -- can you believe it!! Updating their own website is apparently beyond this bozo outfit. Yikes!! More
My experience buying my car at Leesburg Toyota was by far the best experience I've had at a car dealership. Everything was handle in a low key and respectful manner. I also highly recommend Nate Burgette, the sales rep with whom I dealt with. He was great. I wanted a Prius v with the five trim in a hard to find color that they did not have in the lot. Nate got it for me quickly and without fuss. Although I regret not doing more research on my trade in's value, i also believe I got a fair deal.. The entire staff I dealt with, from Nate to the sales manager to financing, was wonderful. . The woman handing finance and the various protection packages was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, even though I had my own financing lined up. If you are looking to buy a Toyota in the greater DC area, I recommend making the trip to Leesburg, and asking for Nate. More

I had a very positive experience at Leesburg Toyota. I worked with Nate Burgette who helped me get the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted for even less than the price I requested. They are a busy dealership, though, so there was a significant wait on the day I happened to go. I'd recommend a weekday over a Saturday if it can fit your schedule. But they were very attentive to my requests throughout the entire buying process and they have a great deal on lifetime service for the car. I would definitely recommend them due to the excellent price they were willing to offer me and the service they provided. More

Had a pleasant experience buying a 2010 Toyota Camry. Bill Bishop met us when we walked in and showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and compare. Getting financing here was a breeze and i'm happy with the low payment. I recommend Leesburg Toyota to anyone looking for a good car at a decent price. I also recommend Bill Bishop as a salesman. He's really friendly and didn't play the "used car salemen" tricks i've seen when I've bought cars in the past. Five Stars! More

The biggest gotcha was they said they replaced 2 exterior lights on the car. When I had it inspected 3 weeks later those same lights needed replacing. That is highly suspicious. I think I've had to replace 2 headlights in 20+ years owning cars and within 3 weeks I have to replace the 2 they said they replaced. Very suspicious. Terrible after service too, all they seem to care about is making the sale. More
