Spent 2 months researching family vehicles, finally decided Toyota Highlander was right for the family. Looked up several (7) dealers in the area and reached out asking for quotes. Went to them, walked out without buying because they tried to increase from their initial quote. During this time, Richard was regular - but not annoying - with his follow up on our status. When I asked Richard for a detailed quote, it was provided without delay. And, when we arrived at the dealership, there was not any attempt to increase from the price we'd agreed upon.
