I want to recommend this dealership because Patrice, the managers and service department went beyond my family expectation from the day he greeted me to the delivery of my car. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! Was lured into the dealership with a promise to meet or beat any best offer. Dealt with JOE ROMEO who quoted me $2000 over what most other dealerships were selling for. dealership with a promise to meet or beat any best offer. He would not budge on the price and when I showed him an actual real quote from another dealer, he suddenly got agitated and thought I was trying to "con" him. He actually ripped up his offer paper and threw it at my face and stormed off. Check their website - there is no way to contact the general manager or anyone else there, which is very surprising compared to all other dealers in the area. Now I know why. I would avoid this place at all costs. More
I have gone to this dealer on multiple occasions for service on my 2 new Toyota's. I bought them from DARCARS in MD because they were not able to touch the price, however I live closer to this one. Every time that I have gone to this dealer my experience has left much to be desired. The availability is awful. Trying to make an appointment takes forever and they never have short term availability. Also every time that I have waited for a service like an oil change it has taken longer then expected by at least 45 minutes. I tried to take advantage of the 2 year free maintenance but gave up because for the time I would waste here I just go to Jiffy Lube and pay. This dealership has tried to rip me off at every turn. I worked for years as a mechanic and have a great understanding of service. Besides being very expensive they have tried to sell me services, parts, and tires that I did not need. When I have inquired about these unnecessary services I am meet with a very cocky attitude and no explanation. The way that this dealer does business makes me wonder how they remain open. I can't even imagine the damage they could do to someone who is unsuspecting or does not understand their car well. Hopefully this review will save you some time and money. I have had much better experiences at DARCARS in Frederick MD and Chantilly Toyota in VA. More
This place is poor when it comes to the price of repairs. If you're driving a Radio Flyer, maybe; the estimate for a 2001 Camry was $495. The service center employees are geared toward the upsell, always the upsell, so prepare yourself for the worst possible description of the condition that brought you in for service. On top of that, one of the service center reps always makes additional recommendations to replace parts even before a mechanic has cracked open the hood: "Well, when doing work like this, I would always recommend replacing the tensioner, the water pump, and all the other parts we need to remove just to get at the timing belt as a precaution, because you never know..." Really? Not even looking at the problem and you're already selling me additional overpriced parts and labor? The people are friendly enough, but your satisfaction is less of a concern than the upsell. With the prices as high as they are here, at least let me feel like you're generally interested in the actual transaction at hand, not necessarily the wallet in my pocket. Steer clear of this place, plenty of other mechanics and shops who don't charge this much and will likely give you just as good service. I'm done with this place. More

We bought out Toyota Sienna 2013 Van from this dealership. Our finance manager was Elizabeth Arnold. Apart from car, she managed to sell us extra stuff like toyota extra care, extended maintenance dealership. Our finance manager was Elizabeth Arnold. Apart from car, she managed to sell us extra stuff like toyota extra care, extended maintenance for car and tires etc. She convinced us that Toyota offers 60 days cancellation policy without any charges so It doesn't hurt to buy it now and later on we can cancel it, if we don't want to keep it. After 2 days, I contacted Elizabeth and requested the cancellation of extra care and extended maintenance plan etc. She sent me few forms which I signed and returned the same day. It has been more then 3 months, and we have received any refund on our toyota finance account. We (I and my wife) have been calling her from past 3 months, and haven't heard back. We left numerous voicemails and nobody called back. In fact, I emailed her many times as well and she didn't bother to reply. As a last resort, my wife called dealership again and requested to talk to any other finance manager so we can get this resolved. No one from financing/sales ever picks up the phone. We left numerous voice mails to other people as well but no body called back. Yesterday, I called the dealership again, and I explained the whole situation to operator who redirects the call. She said, Elizabeth is in the office and should take my call but that didn't happen. I called again and told her that I need to speak with General Manager which she wasn't able to locate for me. Later on, she transfered me to the person who showed us the vehicle and asked me to talk to him. I explained the whole situation and he said that's not his job to resolve this. I should talk to Elizabeth or her boss. He can't do anything in that matter. So the overall experience is: this dealership just wants to sell the car and once you become a customer they really don't care about anything. How busy can they be that they can't reply to one email or reply to voicemails inorder to resolve a existing customer's issue. This is very disappointing and they should honor the refund policy that was promised to us. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. It's better to pay few hundred dollars extra to someone else who can honor their policies and commitments. More
