Don't bother with any kind of service agreement with these guys, because once they have your money, they will do all that they can to keep you from having them honor it. I had a 9:30 "appointment" to ge these guys, because once they have your money, they will do all that they can to keep you from having them honor it. I had a 9:30 "appointment" to get my oil changed as per the service agreement that I was promised, planning to get to work not long after a reasonable 30 minutes to have the service completed. After the 10-minute check-in (Really? I bought it there, so they have all of my information) and confirmation that I would not be paying for the service as it's part of my agreement, I was told that they didn't know when my vehicle would be ready, but that it would be at least an hour and a half. I told them that I didn't have that much time because I had to get to work. They showed know concern at all for my predicament, and I was forced to leave. Later this week, I will be going to a service station that I know will actually honor my appointment. More

The customer service is very good, friendly scheduler staff, service techs are well qualified… but like anybody that works for you, you have to check them and make sure they’ve done th friendly scheduler staff, service techs are well qualified… but like anybody that works for you, you have to check them and make sure they’ve done the work you wanted. I just had my car in for routine maintenance and inspections. When I got the vehicle back, the tires looked a little low and I asked the scheduler if they had checked them, and he said, “Oh yes, of course!” Well, I took the car back to the service bay and asked the service tech to check if they were properly inflated. Long story short, after telling me they were fine, I insisted that he checked them and that I watch, sure enough, all four were low, and one them was almost 6 pounds light!. So no, they didn’t do everything that was needed. It’s your car you have to check on them. More
