Service is good however be prepared to spend at least 2 hours for simple maintenance and no communication about the progress of the work. This continues to happen every time I have brought the car for rou hours for simple maintenance and no communication about the progress of the work. This continues to happen every time I have brought the car for routine service over the past 3 years. The car sits in lot awhile, even though I had scheduled an appointment. After work is done, it sits awhile and I have to find someone to check out. No one tells me anything until they want payment. The Mazda service on my other car constantly keeps me in the loop and doesn't waste my time. More

Overall, AutoNation has always been where I've serviced my vehicle. They make it easy and convenient. I always recommend and just last week my youngest son just purchased his first car from AutoNation. my vehicle. They make it easy and convenient. I always recommend and just last week my youngest son just purchased his first car from AutoNation. My only feedback was the online scheduling of my appointment. When setting up my appointment, it gave me multiple options for what type of appointment I was trying to schedule. This was confusing as there were 6 options that were all very similar. Since you have the vehicles service history, why can you just list the next scheduled appointment?? More
