AutoNation in Leesburg, VA has been my place of choice to have my Prius serviced for many years. The service people are knowledgeable, polite and professional. It’s a busy department but wait time is minimal have my Prius serviced for many years. The service people are knowledgeable, polite and professional. It’s a busy department but wait time is minimal. I give the technicians who do the work a lot of credit for the work they do. I’ve even had them come out and explain what they were doing for service. Good place! More
I hit a pot hole and the wheel was damaged. Since I have bought extra warranty for the wheels, I immediately went to the dealership. After waiting for 3 hours they told me that it is fixed but Since I have bought extra warranty for the wheels, I immediately went to the dealership. After waiting for 3 hours they told me that it is fixed but there is a dent in the wheel. When I drove the car I noticed that the vibration was still there and it was not fixed. The next day which was Saturday, I took the car there again. The put that wheel in the back and the back wheel in the front. That decreased the problem but not completely resolved. The service advisor Lois Chung told me that he will call me after he finds out what needs to be done. He never did and when I called he gave the phone number for the Warranty office. The warranty office gave me a claim number and told me to have the service department call them. I tried to contact Lois Chung but in vain. I called the main number and the operator told me that all advisors were busy. Now I have to go to an outside workshop and have my car fixed. It seems that they have taken the money for the warranty and now they do not care. I am very disappointed with the service and might hire an attorney to resolve this problem with you. More
