Given the pandemic, there's not much negotiating and expect to pay MSRP, but highly recommend doing business with this company over dealerships like Priority and others who are eager to justify thousands over invoice due to the shortage of new vehicles. Very difficult to get a service appointment! My service manager had left the dealership & no one told me so I had trouble getting an appointment! I recently took my 4Runner for maintenance to this dealership. Check-in was easy and smooth. The person who did the check-in for me was very nice and friendly. The wait area is very clean. It was disappointing that the service advisor, Tim Nguyen, did not provide me with any information about my car. He just handed the keys to the cashier and left. I find it a little rude and unfriendly. This is not a good customer service. Also, most dealership wash the car after the service, but this dealership did not offer that for my car. More

I recently took my 2021 Highlander in for our 10,000 mile service. I was met promptly at my appointment time and the work was done in the predicted time. AutoNation provides great service on my car, but one thing bothers me. Every time I enter the dealership for an appointment, there might be three four service reps who appear to be busy, but some of the thing bothers me. Every time I enter the dealership for an appointment, there might be three four service reps who appear to be busy, but some of them aren't dealing with customers. It would be nice if at least one of them would look up, acknowledge I'm there, and say something like: "I will be with you in a minute, sir." Sometimes it takes 10 minutes or more before someone recognizes I am there. I find this very inconsiderate. More
