Went for my car’s first maintenance check and the full wait was 2 hours which isn’t bad. Most places would have you there all day. This was my first visit to the dealership. I had 14 vehicles lined up to see (at various dealerships) and this car was at the top of my list. I don't like to haggle over vehicle price (the pri I had 14 vehicles lined up to see (at various dealerships) and this car was at the top of my list. I don't like to haggle over vehicle price (the price is the price here, no haggling) and I do my homework and went in with pre-approved financing. The car was priced right! You always figure a dealership will try and "get" you in one way or another so I figured I would be low-balled on my trade or with dealer financing. Nope. I got much more than I had hoped for on my trade-in (more than KBB had predicted) and they were even able to get me a better financing rate than I came in with! I dealt with Jonathan Melbourn as my sales associate. There was no pressure at any time. The female finance officer also couldn't have been better! (And we know waiting is a pain...the waiting areas are huge, bathrooms are CLEAN, very comfy leather chairs, big screen TVs and honestly the coolest coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker I've ever seen. Hey.. these things matter to waiting customers). I would definitely give this dealership 5 stars! More
