I walked in and up to the desk and out of the 4 employees setting there they all had their heads buried in their phones. No one greeted me. I had to do this awkward cough as I stood in front of a person for a good bit to be acknowledged. Once I finally connected with someone the guy walks me out to my truck tells me to sign something without even asking what services I had an appointment for or telling me what I was signing. Very awkward interaction. We finally establish I am getting an oil change. I was told that my oil change would take no more than an hour. Asked for a shuttle service so I would walk around the near by outlet mall to kill time. 3.5 hrs later I had to call the dealership because no one has contacted me and ask what the progress was!!! They said it was finished, they had my number and no one called to tell me it was finished?!?!?! I asked to be picked up by the shuttle service it took the gentleman 45 minutes to arrive after was told by the operator he is only ten minutes away. I go to pay and asked was there any deficits found during the 21 point inspection and I was told if so you will be sent an email… what?!?!? Still haven’t received the report that is done at every single Toyota dealership that I have been to previously in the past ten years?!?! I admit this is a petty part to complain about but other Toyota dealerships drive your vehicle thru a car wash after servicing it, and this was not done here. Over all extremely poor communication with the entire process, yeah give it a solid 1/10. I even asked the shuttle driver how to reach him to come pick me up and he had no idea, said call the dealership as he had a phone in his hand. Other dealerships you call the shuttle driver directly so you are not waiting outside for 45 minutes to be picked up?!?!?! More

I was having issues with the emissions not being ready after driving my car over 3,000 miles so the service tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was very happy that the problem was fixed so qu after driving my car over 3,000 miles so the service tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was very happy that the problem was fixed so quickly. I also had an oil change and tire rotation, and the final price for it all was very reasonable. I highly recommend Autonation if you need your car fixed. My service advisor, Tim, was great at explaining the services performed, and keeping me informed about the process throughout the day. More

A few weeks ago I took my car in for service And a Recall everything went fine I dropped it off and picked it up a few hours later. However a few days later I got a call from the dealership telling me that t everything went fine I dropped it off and picked it up a few hours later. However a few days later I got a call from the dealership telling me that they did not perform an oil change and I need you to come back in , This was part of my service package. I wasn’t sure if it would be no hassle I will get the red carpet treatment and I would be out very shortly. Agreed to bring it in two weeks later on a Saturday. I showed up about 10 minutes early and was greeted by a gentleman sitting at the desk. He asked me my last name and what I was there for I told him an oil change he then proceeded to ask me how many miles I had I said roughly about 4500. He then started arguing with me about the fact I did not need an oil change and I said to him you guys called me. Because it was not included in 5000 mileage package again said I don’t know what to tell you you guys said I needed it. I even explained to him that this was most likely my 10,000 mile service and he agreed that at 10,000 they would’ve changed the oil but still said I didn’t need my oil changed. After a few minutes he decided to go look at the car he put the service tag on came back to the desk and said let’s see what we did last time. At this point he said oh it’s been a year since you had service so we recommend that you change it so now he agreed to change my car And now it’s like 1145 1150 he then looks at me and says are you Going to wait and I said yes he said it’s He said it will be done at 1:30 that was over an hour and a half waiting at the dealership if I would’ve known it was going to take that long I would’ve never scheduled at that time because my wife cannot drop me off and then said to him I thought you guys said this is gonna go fast and there were some red carpet thing he looked at me and said it takes an hour and a half I was so frustrated with him at this time just based on his attitude and unwillingness to listen or even help that I decided to leave. This is the fourth car I have purchased from the dealership over many years and I’ve always done my service there and is the first time I’ve ever been very disappointed in my experience More
Took my 2021 Sienna in for a 90k service.
