We like our service advisor Justin, but when we don't get him, we seem to have problems. Less than a year ago, our Prius was serviced before a long trip and broke down on the road because a part was install him, we seem to have problems. Less than a year ago, our Prius was serviced before a long trip and broke down on the road because a part was installed incorrectly. This past service, a battery replacement and transmission fluid were recommended via voicemail, we called to discuss and decide, had to leave several voicemails and never got a call back. Finally we called a third time and were told we would get a call back by 5, which we didn't. We finally drove to the dealer, and we're told the car was ready, but the recommended service had not been done. So we had to wait for one of the services to be done, but now have to make a second visit for the other service to be performed. We could not leave the car there because we were headed on another long trip - let's hope the services were performed correctly this time. More
I enjoyed taking my Highlander to this location because of the inspection they conduct on my tires/breaks etc. I will likely not return b/c the customer service technicians appear to hate there job and it of the inspection they conduct on my tires/breaks etc. I will likely not return b/c the customer service technicians appear to hate there job and it is very evident. I met a relatively new employee named Carlos who had a wonderful attitude. My fear is those with a bad attitude will rub off on him until he becomes as disgruntled as some of them appear. The customer service manager is a great guy, I wish I could recall his name, but he has an accent and does all he can to make the customer satisfied, but he's so busy that he cant pay proper attention to his staff. Having had my vehicle serviced there over 25 times I think its best I not return, b/c I dont see this issue being resolved. Im not looking for anyone to kiss my behind, but it would be great if they were a bit more cordial and the customer isnt made to feel like a nuisance. I understand their job can be demanding and Im very considerate of the job they perform, but each time I enter I feel as if my demeanor has to change to combat the attitude of most of the customer service reps. I wish i knew their names, but I definitely remember their face. Lastly, I feel i should have the right to put the oil I choose in my vehicle. It should not be dictated to me. If I prefer a specific type of oil, purchase it and bring to them, they should put it in my vehicle. 24 out of the past 25 times Ive brought the oil of my choice with no issue. This last time I was told its a liability issue although the liability wasn't fully explained to me. This dealership isnt horrible and the work they do on my vehicle seems to be pretty good. I wish they would do a better job at hiring who they allow to interact with one of their most precious commodities, the customer. . thank you More
