The service department here is a train wreck. When you enter there is no designated person to assist but rather you have to wait with whatever group of customers are. Once one of the very disinterested service people finally agrees to talk to a customer, check in goes fairly smooth. Pickup is similar and half of the time nobody can find he work papers or keys. On most occasions, the length of time required to complete routine work is excessive, making it difficult for customers to determine when their vehicle will be ready for pick up. In addition, it appears that customers waiting rather than dropping a vehicle off and then returning are given priority. This is particularly annoying when scheduling an early morning drop off. Simple things that other dealerships routinely do for their customers, such as washing the vehicle after service, are never performed. Once again, although the service quality is adequate, the customer care side of the business appears to be an afterthought. More
They are great at service. My purchase from them was good too. I would go back to them for a newer car and get service there again when required. Didn't like the paint or interior warranty that doesn't cover scratches or rock chips on outside as once was told so that was a waste of money and for the interior, it seems like they challenge you by having to send pictures and such prior instead of just doing it as agreed. Convoluted service scheduling software makes it a bit of a challenge if you have both scheduled maintenance and a recall. Once completed, the Toyota app still shows the recall as not being done. Playing phone tag while trying to get a loan secured was a pain. Is our credit score the best? No, but we were in the dealership for almost 4 hours until they released the car. Our sales rep Jessica did do her best and the manager Kavi was also a great help in dealing with the bank. More
