Made an appointment on-line for a service (35k) that normally takes no more than 30 minutes. Arrived at dealership to find that I would have to wait 2 hours. After 2 hours, I went to the service rep to find that my car was ready and that I could take it without paperwork if I didn't want to wait longer. The service write was cordial and honest. The wait to have them rotate the tires and check the fluid levels was ridiculous. Will never book on-line with any repair facility again. More
