Received a call from customer service that I could come in to get my extra key. Made an apt on Sat early in morning since I had to work. When my husband picked up the car, they didn't have a blank there(ev in to get my extra key. Made an apt on Sat early in morning since I had to work. When my husband picked up the car, they didn't have a blank there(even though the rep that called said everything was good) so no key. They closed our service order out even though it wasn't complete. So in summary, it took over 3 hours & I had to call them to find out they didn't make the key. It was a waste of time. I left a message for the service manager & another manager & neither one called me back. Pretty disappointed in their customer service. More

Made an appointment for a pit stop, and it was quick, but the service adviser did not ask my name or give me his name. They left my keys in the car when they finished the service.
