Today, December 11th I had a appointment for service but people came after me with no appointments were helped first. Waited for more than 15 minutes until I realized that this is $hit! Customer service stinks at this dealership. Had an appt but no one came up to me to discuss my appt. Was past by for another customer. The service people could not find my car key to bring my car back to m but no one came up to me to discuss my appt. Was past by for another customer. This dealership has always been one of those places where you don't feel like you have been in a sleazy car dealership. I never feel like I need a shower after buying a car here. I always get great service when I get my vehicle serviced, recently I took my RAV4 to get serviced and I asked the service manager if they had a local shop they use that could lift my RAV4 and put bigger wheels and tires on it. He said, oh we can do that.! So he had the service writer put together a quote. I was surprised everyone was so thorough. So I called John and told him I wanted to schedule the lift and wheels. Everything came out perfectly. I'm extremely happy with the results as well as everyone working at this location. More

Their customer service is triable. I had appointments at 10 I had to Waite until 10:45 until some one come to help me. Then we had to wait for 45 minutes for shadow to come and take us home and then when my 10 I had to Waite until 10:45 until some one come to help me. Then we had to wait for 45 minutes for shadow to come and take us home and then when my car was ready until four nobody called me if my car is ready or not I had to keep calling leave a message for Mike and finally he called me back he said my car is ready and then I told him someone needs to come and pick me up he said somebody will be there in 20 minutes the 20 minute was hour and 45 minutes I had to call again he didn’t send anybody and then he sent somebody to come and pick me up after I called again. he was rude nobody was helpful I do not like to come in this ditto again More
