I suspect that they were now attempting to streamline service for customers with appointments. After checking in for my appointment, I had to wait only a few minutes before I was helped. The salesperson, Tony, was pleasant and friendly. I had to wait for several hours for the work to be finished, but Tony told me the wait time in advance and visited me in the lobby to update me on the progress. More
I had a advisor just jumped in my truck to drive it in the car port, he did not even check to see if it was not operated. He could have damaged it even more. I like the service at Research Drive. There was no line even though they were busy!
