After two weeks after I bought the car from AutoNation Toyota Irvine, there was a loud noise when I hit the break, apparently they didn’t re-surface the rotors, I contacted them, and they told me I can ta Toyota Irvine, there was a loud noise when I hit the break, apparently they didn’t re-surface the rotors, I contacted them, and they told me I can take my car to closest AutoNation dealership, which was AutoNation Honda Valencia, after their inspection, they told me that the rotors should be resurfaced, even though the car was under their 90 days warranty, AutoNation Irvine denied to pay the repair fee and I had to pay out of pocket, it’s really disappointing how they rip off customer’s with offering warranty which doesn’t work when you need it. More
I had my truck serviced at other dealerships and through my experience, I can honestly say Toyota Irvine is way above everyone else in customer service. I had a good experience working with this dealership. My car was examined, the work needed to be done was prioritized, and the car got fixed. The only issue was that it took so long. Over all a great dealership yo work with but my last service was a bit frustrating. I was scheduled for a 7AM appointment for a front end allignment and arrived 15 minutes before the service department service was a bit frustrating. I was scheduled for a 7AM appointment for a front end allignment and arrived 15 minutes before the service department opened but I did not leave until after 2PM. My initial estimated completion time was " by 9:45PM" which later updated to by 11:45PM, I didn't hear anything else from the advisor until after 2PM. If its going to take longer let me know so I can have the option of whether I'm going to throw away my day sitting in a corner in the waiting room or make other arrangements. More
