They replace rear breaks, week after they make noise. Go there again to get it fixed, they won’t fix it right.. few weeks after go again and get it fixed. On next regular service, they want front breaks to be done. Same problem. Noise after fresh break install, even after tell them about rear break experience.. go there twice to get fixed, now they will charge $$$ saying rear rotors are out and it ain’t our problem Wait for hours and hear lecture about how to use breaks. Simple fact of not doing job right while replacing fresh breaks doesn’t seem to be understood. Stay away. World is big find other options or a local small house mechanic who cares More
Service department is unfortunately very bad. Have been having same issues every service time. Service advisor, James R. , may have been a recent hire & not yet comfortable in his role as a service advisor, however, I waited nearly 4 hours for a battery replacement even , may have been a recent hire & not yet comfortable in his role as a service advisor, however, I waited nearly 4 hours for a battery replacement even though I had a service appointment & provided the advisor with the hard copy invoice & warranty document for the Lifetime Free Replacement Battery Warranty I had purchased when I replaced a previous battery. In addition, when my battery was finally replaced, James did not provide me with an invoice verifying that my car battery had been replaced; I had to call him, after I returned home, to request that he e-mail me a copy of the invoice, which he did only after a second call to him. My previous experiences with Auto Nation Toyota Irvine have been very good; this last time, not so good. More

Went for my 5k or six month visit and Mark Anderson service advisor was helpful and my appointment went smoothly.
