I went in for oil change, and asked for free break check. The technician rotated the tire and charge me 39.99. When I inquired the charge, I was told they have to rotate tire to check break. I initially went in for a recall on my truck. I was sent away and sent back three separate days in the same week. On the first day, my vehicle was looked at and I was told the truck cap needed to I was sent away and sent back three separate days in the same week. On the first day, my vehicle was looked at and I was told the truck cap needed to be removed for the repairs to be done. I left, removed the truck bed cap, and returned to my second appointment. I was then that I was told that an "official inspection" needed to be done in order for the recall to be approved and that they were only done in the mornings (my appointment was at 2:00pm). They had actually already done an inspection together with my insurance representative, but didn't have a record of it. I returned the next day with an early morning appointment. The "inspection" consisted of photos being taken from a tablet. I was sent away again since the parts needed to be ordered. The issue is still not resolved and I been given an estimate of about one month for the parts to come in. The only reason, the review is not a one star is that they have admitted their mistakes and apologized to me in person. More

The car I purchased is running great. It is my first hybrid vehicle and I have been so impressed with the gas mileage. I am also grateful for the vehicle maintenance program. No longer to I need to keep track of oil changes and other maintenance. All I have to do is to take in the car to Auto Nation for servicing and a full inspection is done. I'm advised as to what needs to be done and the costs are very reasonable. There is no pressure to do things that don't need to be done. More
