I was surprised that there's no waiting in the maintenance service line, there's an improvement in handling the auto service especially during weekend. Though the car maintenance service took 3hr maintenance service line, there's an improvement in handling the auto service especially during weekend. Though the car maintenance service took 3hrs to finish, the fast & efficient acceptance of my car then quick shuttle service to the mall & let you enjoy the time with your family while waiting for their call once service has been done is enough to have 5star review. The customer service rep them disregarded the issue I had with the break in communication, saying, "Well, WE did try to contact you, so I don't know what more you want?"
