Waited 20 minutes for someone to talk to me even though I had an appointment. Then was told it would take 45 - 60 mins to have them mount the rim (which I left 2 days prior to have a tire replaced). When I asked after 30 mins of sitting in the waiting room if they were able to improve on that time, the service advisor told me it was on the lift (as the tech drove by the window with it). I changed the tire 2 days before in a parking lot with only the tools included with the car in 15 mins. With power tool it would have taken less than 10. More
