AutoNation Irvine usually has open appointments for routine maintenance such as oil changes. They recently quoted me on my Toyota Sienna $11,700 on a number of repairs. The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They tried to recommend several overpriced unnecessary service add-ons. They also messed my brakes up and they left with a squeal I have never with. They tried to recommend several overpriced unnecessary service add-ons. I visited again to have it checked and the guy who performed the service (Kevin) defensively explained that he couldn’t have possibly caused this sound. He flushed the brakes out and they still squeak. I was treated like a clueless woman the entire time. Avoid this place. More

Avoid Autonation for major repairs. I got a price quote that was 70 percent more expensive than another Toyota dealer and 80 percent more than a local mechanic. It's a Toyota not a BMW! Also, had a horrible experience trying to buy a car. Had an 830 credit score and the finance manager would'nt give me the time of day. That purchase attempt was years ago but you don't get a survey unless you buy so wth i'll leave my purchase experience on this survey. Tustin Toyota is right down the freeway, i recommend that dealership over this one. More
