The guy called me right before he went on lunch to pick up my car so another guy had to run around looking for my keys. Wasted $40 because they didn’t tell me I needed new tires until after they had alread up my car so another guy had to run around looking for my keys. Didn’t make sense why they wouldn’t call me first and save me $40 since I didn’t need them rotated if I was going to replace them. More

I expected an annual 5-point check & oil change and to wait for the car in the lounge, but was persuaded to have an extensive preventative maintenance performed. The car needed to stay for hours, and Lyft rides were offered. I had made it clear that I needed the car by 5:45 p.m. at the latest, to make an important meeting. The service mgr. was helpful and attentive, but the second Lyft ride became a disaster. When no ride showed up for 40 minutes, I called, and the lady who responded went personally to speak to Mr. Nguyen who apologized and ordered another ride. This one also took a while to arrive. I was able to collect my car by 6:20 and was half an hour late for my meeting. The dealership has serviced my car for years and has never yet disappointed me, but the providing of rides has been a pain in the past and a disaster this time! More
