Bought a Toyota Camry from AutoNation in Irvine and had a two year service included. Liked the efficiency of the service center. Since my warranty expire, I have been going back. Car is only three years old two year service included. Liked the efficiency of the service center. Since my warranty expire, I have been going back. Car is only three years old and mileage of 16,000. I have done a wheel alignment, recommended brake fluid change each one over $200! I am a senior, live alone, know ver little about cars and feel I am being taken advantage of. Very disappointed. More

Waited 20 minutes for someone to talk to me even though I had an appointment. Then was told it would take 45 - 60 mins to have them mount the rim (which I left 2 days prior to have a tire replaced). When I a had an appointment. Then was told it would take 45 - 60 mins to have them mount the rim (which I left 2 days prior to have a tire replaced). When I asked after 30 mins of sitting in the waiting room if they were able to improve on that time, the service advisor told me it was on the lift (as the tech drove by the window with it). I changed the tire 2 days before in a parking lot with only the tools included with the car in 15 mins. With power tool it would have taken less than 10. More

Joel was service rep who took care of my needs. His background in the automotive industry certainly make him an asset. I like his style of updating the progress of my vehicle. One area of improvement could be folks that answer the calls in customer service. I looked for two service representative and I was told they were both on vacation. But because of time sensitive repair I needs, I went to look for some else. To my surprise Joel and Braulio were both there ! This two tag teamed on helping get going with my needs. More
