I just arrived when they open with no appointment and Mary the service advisor was kind and understanding. They were able to figure out my car problems and called me for approval. I have worked twice now with Joel Navarro on some service issues. He has done and excellent job keeping in touch with me to let me know about service progress, new issues that may have come up and most impo issues. I appreciate that sometimes problems come up, that is why communication is so important to me. When I work with Joel he stays in touch so I know what's going on, what it will cost, and when it will be done. More
Worst experience ever. I waited for 4 hours to get my car serviced and had an appointment. When I showed up, I waited for 10 mins, and no one greeted me. I went to the pers I waited for 4 hours to get my car serviced and had an appointment. When I showed up, I waited for 10 mins, and no one greeted me. I went to the person with whom I had an appointment, and he said he was too busy to help me. After 20 mins, someone finally did help me. Once I told them I was not interested in the extra service, their attitude changed with me. After the service was done and I was on my way, the person who helped me left someone else paperwork and keys in my car. He called me serval times and texted me that I needed to call him back. He then said he wanted to come to my house after ten or later to pick them up. He then said if not, my home is close to my house. I didn't feel comfortable with this situation. I drove back from my house to the dealer to drop off the keys. This ruined my night as I was anxious for the next couple of days, afraid he wanted to come to my house. I tired contacting management and they never contacted me back. Will never come back to this location again. More
