Great when buying car but first experience with service was not good. Waited 45 minutes for the advisor to drop off car eventhough I have appointment. Advisor was slow and not helpful (saw appointment whi was not good. Waited 45 minutes for the advisor to drop off car eventhough I have appointment. While my car was in to have the hybrid battery replaced, my catalytic converter was stolen. I did a public records request with the City of Irvine and saw that this was the second time in the past two month my catalytic converter was stolen. I did a public records request with the City of Irvine and saw that this was the second time in the past two months where there was a reported grand theft from an automobile at this dealership. AutoNation Irvine has been stonewalling by not returning my calls and has offered nothing to try to resolve the issue. When I visited in person, they said they want me to go through my insurance. In other words, they’re making me take on the increased insurance costs that will likely result rather than accept responsibility for caring for my car while it’s in their possession. More
You drive into the service area and are not greeted promptly. You just wait around for what seems like an eternity. Finally someone helps. No cashier...just find the person who checked you in...but that wasn't the person I needed to see. Overall a very confusing experience. More

Made an appt, but waited 45 min for Eric Rodriguez who I guess was out to lunch. The car was not ready at promised time. Reached out to Eric twice because he never followed up.
