I dont believe my service writer was advocating for me. A software update was needed. I had information that it was covered under warranty, yet he tried to charge me. Went in for oil change on a Saturday and was taken in at 8:00 am with a appointment. Waiting area was clean , coffee, and snacks,water. Joel was in charge and contacted me to say bad battery. Looked at vide 8:00 am with a appointment. Waiting area was clean , coffee, and snacks,water. Joel was in charge and contacted me to say bad battery. Looked at video of my inspection what is a plus for auto nation. Got a battery with a manager discount. Nice experience. Will return More

The service department here at Irvine has been extremely cold and very corporate over the past 3 years. Only reason I came back was some lady called and actually admitted that they have been terrible. It cold and very corporate over the past 3 years. The experience was better but not mind blowing. Somebody actually acknowledged me when I drove up Instead of me just sitting there for up to 30 minutes in the past without anyone saying anything. Over the last year, I would drive out of my way to avoid this place. But, The personailezed call reaching out to me meant a lot. I will be bringing my car back for more work now. I hope they don’t go back to their old ways. We will see. More
Worst Adviser I ever experienced (Joua Cha), she is rude, impolite and not a customer friendly person. She ‎will tell you to avail all kinds of maintenance services that your cars' doesn't need without eve impolite and not a customer friendly person. She ‎will tell you to avail all kinds of maintenance services that your cars' doesn't need without even inspecting them yet. Since I know my car is in good condition and I dont take them, she will put you in a bad impression that you decline them and force you to sign the papers. The car is in lease that is why I am really taking good care of the car and avoiding this bad impression from the service center once the car is due for return. This is the very first time I have an argument with the adviser during the car service. And its a shamed that I learned that this lady is the Manager of the service center. I am really trying my best not to argue that time cause I am recovering from hypertension but she is so provocative Also, I even discover that the glove box was not aligned due to poor workmanship, I just fixed them back by myself afterwards.
